Original mid-1960s American varsity band jacket, dated 1965 and associated with Washington D.C.
Constructed in a burgundy wool body with contrasting mustard knit collar, cuffs and waistband, finished with snap-button closure and a poly/cotton lining. Features a large chenille “M BAND” chest patch, additional sleeve patch, and original name strip inside.
